Returns & Exchanges

At AFTCO, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn gear with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you have the right performance apparel for your next adventure on the water.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
